In any payment that the customer makes, the VAT in force defined by the corresponding law is included, unless expressly indicated. Shipping costs are payable by the customer and calculated depending on the product group and destination.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Delivery and place of fulfillment<\/strong>\r\nS\u00e9rgio Lima Photography will deliver photographic products to the delivery address indicated when placing the order. Shipping has associated costs. The amount of shipping costs will be communicated to the customer when placing the order. If taxes or customs fees are required, these will be borne by the customer. S\u00e9rgio Lima Photography is authorized to separate shipments into several packages.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Payment<\/strong>\r\nPhotographic products are the property of S\u00e9rgio Lima Photography until payment is received. Payment is made exclusively by electronic means using the payment method indicated by the customer in their order. Invoices will be sent to the customer exclusively in PDF format and by email.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Discount Coupons<\/strong>\r\nThe Discount coupon cannot be divided into several orders. The minimum order value is indicated on the discount coupon. Shipping costs are excluded. You can use the discount coupon in our online store. Only one discount coupon can be used per order.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong> Responsibility <\/strong>\r\nS\u00e9rgio Lima Photography will be liable for damages in the event of non-compliance with its fundamental contractual obligations, the absence of guaranteed characteristics in its products, as well as the existence of consumer rights within the meaning of the Product Liability Law. Additionally, S\u00e9rgio Lima Photography will be exclusively liable for damages in the event of intentional actions and gross negligence on the part of S\u00e9rgio Lima Photography. S\u00e9rgio Lima Photography will not be responsible for indirect damages, resulting damages or atypical damages of any kind. This applies in the case of compensation for economic losses, loss of usefulness or intangible values.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Complaints and dispute resolution<\/strong>\r\nThe European Commission provides you with an online dispute resolution platform, which you can access at <a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\">http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/ consumers\/odr<\/a>\r\n. We prefer to clarify and deal with your complaint directly with you; therefore, we do not participate in this process of reconciliation in terms of consumption.
